An Accomplished athlete from an early age, Jonathan Jones has had a lifelong interest in understanding the human body. Having earned both Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Kinesiology, the scientific study of human movement, he has developed fitness, nutrition, rehabilitation and exercise programs for all walks of life, all ages and all fitness levels. Jonathan is personally involved with each client’s nutrition program ensuring the regimen is designed to enhance athletic performance, maximize movement and achieve optimum fitness. Similarly each client’s nutrition program is tailored to meet individual needs and lifestyle, and Jonathan is “hands-on” guiding the process every step of the way. One can expect increased energy, fat loss, lower cholesterol and increased quality of life.
